I've finally made it to Victoria - with less stuff than I though I could bring (kind of paradoxical in light of my first statement). Mom tried to work her packing magic, but she's a volumetric Mage, not a weight-witch. We kept hitting the uper limit with clothing alone, so we managed to condense only a handful of plush. All my babies are still at home! T.T
Plush count are the all the Anime plush (including the luggage i brought with me last trip) sans Kat!Kyo and Bunny!Momiji, and some cuddlekins/misc animals. And that was after we had to pay $35 at the airport for over-weight baggage.

I did manage to stuff my carry on exclusively with Gashapon though. So all my action figures (sans X-Men) are with me. Select posters made the cut (damn, most of the FMA ones are at home!)and then some odds and sods. We couldn't even fit the plates/mugs, so I only have a plastic plate (The "Pegasus Plate" so renowned!) and a cup.

Laptop, iPod and alarm-clock made it. Grandma's Hannukiah and the Obon Fox-mask made it. Tart burner and a handful of tarts made it (air smells too clean. Must pollute with false fragrances.)

I did manage to smuggle my Prismacolour pencil crayons with me (Crayola couldn't fit inside the laptop bag T.T) and sketch pencils. Problem: could not bring sketchbooks or paper. I have utensils, but cannot preform. I have a cape, but cannot fly. IS THERE NOW DRAWING VIAGRA OUT THERE?!?!

well, I've unpacked plenty. I'm waiting till Tuesday when I can by house-cleaner before I unpack my cloths (I want to give those closet shelves a thorough rub-down before I set anything upon them).

In the meantime, I'm leaving for Vancouver to harass my sister a bit. We intended to meet, but never worked out the details. I'm just going to go to her place and have the landlords let me in if she's still not back yet.

... and I'll eat all her food and draw in her sketchbook.

This is what a degree in research gives you; the uncanny ability to find stuff out. While that could have gone without saying, I just needed to come up with a introduction to the following statement.

My money tree is being vexed. By myself no less. I've been having plenty of plant guilt lately. Serves the over-achiever right though. He was growing fronds faster than he would thicken his shoot. Next thing you know it, a little wind from a stray hand breaks the shoot and suddenly money-tree is sporting 3D frondery. To make maters worse, money-tree activates his "salvage shoot" deffence and begins swelling the shoot at the bent point, rightenning the foliage without proper written consent, so that aforementioned stray hand makes more wind and breaks the whole shoot off because it didn't know money-tree was regenerating.
If only he had sent a memo...

To top it off, the little mutating prodigy begins sprouting shoots from parts that shouldn't be sprouting, and not sprouting the right numeric leaf count from those that are. Little photosynthetic bastard is giving me the mitochondriactic finger.

The title really does cut about half my story. I woke up early to watch a movie. Synpotically, that's probably still more than you'd care to know, but I'm not letting that stop me.
I caught the one-day one-showing Naruto movie. The animation was great, and the plot was Narutard enough, I was merely disappointed that no toads were involved. So total sadness that my gama babes weren't incorporated. I did get a threshold conscious view of the Jiraiya shot, so not completely distraught.
Oh, did I mention Sasuke gets his ass-kicked, ranking this movie amongst my top 10 favourite of all time thanks to feeding into my fandom fantasy? Yah, blood dripping out of his mouth, SO turned me on.
Looking forward to doing it again.

With the completion of all my requirements last month, I have officially obtained my "Honours Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychological Research". Starting September, I will be "Neuropsychology PhD candidate".

i spent most of my time today pissing it away.

there are little green bugs flying in my room. I think they're coming from outside. Luckily they're not too fast, so i've squashed plenty. They ARE kind of cute, so i've been traumatizing myself, really. Except for that one that burnt itself heading strait into the burning hot bulb. That's not blood on my hands.

My Flichigo (Flower Ichigo - though the store called them "ice-cream strawberries) is doing just fine. He's supposed to need plenty of sunlight, but my horse-lamp is doing it for him. I'm thankful to the light-bulb for keeping my desk friend alive. He seems to have reached a growth status-quo. He is neither growing more, or expiring. I hope he's some weird ever-green hybrid that'll stay as is forever. I can dream.

I had planned for a pudgie-pony guessing game tonight, but not everyone showed up. It got canceled. One person who showed up might not be on tomorrow, so now I feel bad to have the game without her since she did put the effort in. But if i prolong it, I know i'm not going to have any attendance.
Maybe I'll just post them on dA.

Turns out my Daemon ended up a Tiger named Lutheus. After 12 days my Lion-turned-Raccoon rerouted me back to the site and I had to take the test again for it to solidify and come back to me. The test-retest method I agree with, it lends to reliability of the measures. They said it transformed 23 times, which is Steer-Fecal because i know i have only 4 or 5 people (friends), so either they were doing it repetitively or strangers were skewing the answers. I should have locked it. I wish i could find out who responded, I'd like to give them a nice long lecture in Statistics. Interestingly enough, this is more like my personality than the Raccoon was. They must weigh your answers regressively.

At first I liked "Alvin" better than "Lutheus" only because "Lutheus" might have connotations to it. That being said, I pronounced "Alvin" "Ah-lvin", sort of British like to avoid the chipmunk name.
